The client's brief was to extend and update their home to modern living. An existing garage that had previously been converted to a long skinny kitchen diner was isolated from the rest of the home, this was opened up into one of the existing cellar "snug" rooms to make a bright, light and open social kitchen hub featuring a Aga and bespoke built kitchen. An off shot summer room to the rear replaced an outdated conservatory so the view of the landscape could be appreciated all year round. Additionally a large one and half storey side extension to include a large garage and workshop to indulge in a passion for rebuilding classic Minis.
